This is going to be a quickie due to a HUGE pharmacology exam tomorrow. Lots of drugs to know! I managed not to stress eat last night. (Yay!) However, I stayed up until midnight (a relatively early night) and was starving from about 9pm on. I chomped on ice, drank lots of water, and managed not to dive back into the ice cream or open up the chips and salsa. I'm going to have to figure out something though to keep me from late-night study munching. Chewing gum maybe? That's the plan for tonight anyways, since it's going to be a long one. Normally, I drink obscene amounts of coffee, but I am trying to cut back on that a little, too.
The big downfall with all of my fruits, veggies, and whole grains, is that my belly is not used to that kind of fiber, so I have been a tad (*WARNING: TMI)......gassy. Which is not good when your classmates are practicing hip range of motions on you. No incident today, but I was pretty, um, uncomfortable... hehehe! My energy level is way, way up today, and outside of the unsettled belly, I feel really good. This may be a stretch, but my body just seems to already feel better!
As I am using this partially as a food journal, feel free to skip my daily food log!
Breakfast: Black tea with splenda, 1 serving of kashi cereal, one serving of Naked Juice
Snack: Cliff Bar, water
Lunch: 1 can of Light Tuna with 2 tsps fat-free mayo, 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread, 1 slice of provolone cheese, banana, fruit cup, coke zero
Dinner: serving of Chunky Soup Chicken and Dumplings, banana, 1/2 cup of grapes, 1/2 cup Breyer's all natural, 1/2 fat coffee ice cream, and lots of water.
I also completed this workout http://pinterest.com/pin/309404208/ which is no joke. I thought it would be fairly easy, something to do 2-3 times a day. I barely made it one! It took me about 25 minutes to do, and I am already feeling the burn in my thighs!

  1. Aw yay! I'm glad you find my blog, and now I've found yours! I hope your pharm test goes super well. C always hated pharm in school, but now prides himself on knowing so many drugs. Looking forward to reading more of y'all's adventures. OH, and one of my bff has hypothyroidism. It's been such a struggle for her, especially in her early-mid 20s!
